Total of 1,065 residential units expected in Clementi Avenue 1 and Pine Grove (Parcel B) GLS Sites
Embarking on a concentrated stride towards fulfilling the increasing demand for housing, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has unveiled an opportunity that promises to reshape the fabric of modern living.
Nestled within the heart of Clementi, two exceptional residential sites have been set in motion, poised to redefine the landscape of refined living – Clementi Avenue 1 and Pine Grove (Parcel B).
This new release of GLS sites, a pivotal cornerstone of the eagerly anticipated second half of the 2023 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, is positioned strategically within the Confirmed List, stand ready to give rise to an enclave of approximately 500 and 565 remarkable residential units, respectively.
Collectively, these represent an impressive total of 1,065 residences, seamlessly woven into the larger tapestry of the 2H2023 GLS Programme, which envisages a splendid total of 5,160 units.
The increase in GLS sites sales are not new…. for example, recently, URA has launched sales at Marina South and Media Circle too. This is part of the URA plans to increase land sales to meet the ever growing demand for housing. In June 2023, there was a whole new list of sites under the GLS H2 List. These two sites are part of that list announced back then.
