The GLS land parcel where Pinetree Hill is now at, has attracted much significant attention when it was launched in Feb 2022. As many five local developers placed bids, all eager to capitalize on the high interest and pent-up demand in the Pandan Valley-Pine Grove area. Interestingly, the GLS land parcel was also launched at the same time as Grand Dunman, which we reviewed in an article recently and which did very well in its launch too.
This is not surprising as The Pine Grove (Parcel A) site is very well-connected with three MRT stations and the Ayer Rajah Expressway within a two-km radius. As proximity to MRT stations often ranks high on home buyers’ wish list, the excellent connectivity of the site definitely gives a boost to its desirability.
Pinetree Hill, in particular, marks the first new condominium launch in the neighborhood in 14 years. This development is set to breathe new life into the area.
Quite a significant time has passed since a private property was last unveiled in the vicinity of Mt. Sinai. The resale properties surrounding the region are notably much older.
