The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on 31st Oct 2022, has released two residential sites at Lentor Gardens and Lentor Central for sale under the 2H2022 (2nd half of 2022) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
They announced this in their media release on 31st Oct 2022. Refer to the media release here.
Details of the Lentor Gardens and Lentor Central
The residential site at Lentor Gardens is launched for sale under the Confirmed List while the residential site at Lentor Central is available for application under the Reserve List. Together, these two sites can yield about 1,005 residential units.

Earlier, this blog discussed the Lentor Central GLS, which is situated opposite the mixed-used Lentor Modern project and is the second upcoming development in Lentor.
There is also a Lentor Hills Residences launch in 2023 !!
The Lentor Central GLS will sit on a 99-year leasehold site which spans 1.34 hectare and could potentially yield 470 residential units.
And future residents can look forward to F&B options, shops, a supermarket and childcare facilities located within the upcoming mixed-use development at Lentor Modern and enjoy lush greenery and recreation choices at the future hillock and linear parks nearby.
Looks like Lentor area will be a truly CONDO land 🙂
