Today on 25th November 2022, URA and HDB release sale sites at Clementi Avenue 1, Jalan Tembusu and Senja Close.
This is under under the 2nd half 2022 (2H2022) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
This comes after URA has released more land sales at Lentor area recently too.
The URA sites at Clementi Avenue 1 and Jalan Tembusu, and HDB Executive Condominium site at Senja Close are available for application under the Reserve List.
Together, these three sites can yield about 1,625 residential units.
