Terra Hill achieves 37.04% sales on launch weekend : Terra Hill, situated on Yew Siang Road in the Rest of Central Region (RCR), developed jointly by Hoi Hup and Sunway Developments recently sold 100 units at the Terra Hill condo launch.
The 270-unit freehold complex saw an average price of $2,650 psf over the weekend of Feb 25-26, with 37.04% of the units sold.
The Prestige Collection, which comprises 30 exclusive units, was very popular with buyers, with the four-bedroom units priced from $5 million and the six 5-bedroom duplex penthouses of 3,035 sq ft also seeing strong demand.
The Terra Hill sales gallery along South Buona Vista Road drew over 10,000 visitors in the past two weeks, and the success of the launch is attributed to the larger-than-average unit sizes and higher absolute prices, which is something that the URA requires in Pasir Panjang and the other nine estates outside the Central Area.
The Signature Collection, which consists of two-, three- and four-bedroom units, saw two-bedders of 624 to 840 sq ft priced over $1.5 million, while the three-bedroom types ranged from 904 sq ft to 1,335 sq ft and were priced from $2.3 million. The four-bedroom units, measuring between 1,302 to 1,862 sq ft, were priced at $3.4 million ($2,611 psf).
