It is required that compelling concept proposals for sustainable mixed-use development with public spaces and amenities be submitted, with the first phase having a minimum of 70,000 sqm of office GFA, 51,000 sqm GFA for residential purposes, 700 sqm for early childhood education, 1,000 sqm supermarket, and 1,000 sqm food court.

The site is also expected to have a maximum of 166,000 sqm of residential units and 146,000 sqm of condominium units (about 1,700 units), and a minimum of 146,000 sqm GFA of offices. The Jurong Lake District development is a 120ha precinct that encompasses offices, retail businesses, residences, and green spaces.

Under this approach, the master developer is tasked with creating a compelling concept proposal for a sustainable mixed-use development with public spaces and amenities.

The first phase of the project is set to be completed within seven years, with a minimum of 70,000 sqm of office GFA, 51,000 sqm GFA for residential purposes, 700 sqm for early childhood education, 1,000 sqm supermarket, and 1,000 sqm food court. The total estimated GFA of the entire project is 365,000 sqm.
